13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy or your use of the Portal shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
